Robert is a skilled environmental professional with both bachelor's and master's degrees in Environmental Management as well a master's degree in Business from the University of Maryland, University College in Adelphi, Maryland. Robert has served as an Environmental Specialist working for the Florida Department of Health performing site evaluations and permit issuance from January 2018 through March 2023. Robert is a Certified Environmental Health Professional (CEHP) and is registered under CEHP 21-2286 and is an active member of the Florida Environmental Health Association.
Robert is also a veteran of the Armed Forces having served honorably in the Marine Corps from 1999 through 2007 and in the Florida Army National Guard from 2008 through 2010.
