Septic System Inspections and Re-inspections
(Septic system inspections are required to complete any permit obtained in the State of Florida other than Existing permits. Many times, the local health departments have long wait times or periods of non-availability when it comes to scheduling inspections for septic constructions or finals. King Septic Permitting can provide these services at your request on behalf of the state pursuant Senate Bill 856 which went effective July 1, 2022. King Septic Permitting's services is the fastest way to obtain these required inspections and get your approval complete)
Construction Inspections: $215 plus applicable county fees
Same Day Re-Inspections (Completed within 2 hours of the construction inspection): $100 plus applicable county fees
Different Day Re-Inspections: $115 plus applicable county fees
***All countys within Florida charge different rates for their permit issuance and any additional work they must perform outside the scope of the services King Septic Permitting provides. Examples may include Mean Annual Flood Line determinations on your property if non tidal surface water is located near your proposed septic system locations, or their respective county fees charged with the state fees for permit issuance.
